3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

3.3 Responsibility for Account Activity

You are solely responsible for all bets, deposits, and withdrawals made from your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

4.1 Deposit Rules

5.2 Match Cancellation & Results

• If an event or match is fully cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a match is rescheduled, bets will remain valid for the new date unless otherwise specified.
• Results for partially played matches will be determined in accordance with the international rules of the relevant sport.

5.3 Live Betting

In Live Betting, odds change in real time and may shift before your bet is confirmed. If you want to bet at a specific price, wait for the confirmation message before proceeding.

5.4 Maximum Win Limit

11 BD's bonuses and promotional offers are designed to give members greater value. However, each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members get a 100% bonus on their first deposit.
• A minimum deposit amount is required to qualify for a bonus.
• The welcome bonus is applicable once per account only.
• A minimum 5x wagering requirement must be completed before withdrawing bonus funds.

6.2 Ongoing Promotions

7.2 System Exploitation

• Exploiting platform bugs or glitches for unfair advantage.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus or promotional benefits.
• Using automated betting software.

7.3 Consequences of Misuse

If you engage in any of the prohibited activities listed above, 11 BD may take the following actions:

1. Immediate suspension or permanent closure of the account.
2. Forfeiture of all balances, bonuses, and winnings.
3. Legal action may be taken where applicable.
4. Notifying the relevant authorities.
